Notice Regarding Enhanced Fraud Detection and Measures Against Fraudulent Orders
いつもこあやリカーストアをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、当店において不正利用が疑われる注文が複数確認されたため、お客様に安心してご利用いただける環境づくりの一環として、不正利用検知機能を強化いたしました。
当店のシステムにより不正利用の可能性が検知された場合、誠に恐れ入りますが、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
その際は、キャンセルに関するご案内をメールにてお送りいたします。
また、クレジットカードの不正利用を防止するため、ご注文内容によっては、商品の発送前に、運転免許証や在留カードなどの顔写真付き身分証明書による本人確認をお願いする場合がございます。
悪質な不正利用と判断した場合、または商品発送後にクレジットカード会社から不正利用（チャージバック）の申し立てがあった場合には、警察への相談および被害届の提出を行う場合がございます。
その際、ご注文時および配送時に使用されたお名前・ご住所（お届け先住所）・電話番号・IPアドレス等の情報を、必要な範囲で関係機関へ提供する場合がございます。
キャンセルメールをご確認後、あらためて商品のご購入を希望される場合は、お手数ですが当店までお電話にてご連絡ください。
その際のお支払い方法は、クレジットカード以外（代金引換や銀行振込など）をご案内させていただきます。
正規にご購入いただいているお客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、安全な店舗運営のため、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We have recently confirmed several cases of suspected fraudulent orders. To ensure a safe shopping environment for all customers, we have strengthened our fraud detection system.
If our system detects a possibility of fraudulent use, we may cancel the order. In that case, we will send a cancellation notice by email.
To prevent unauthorized credit card use, depending on the order details, we may ask you to verify your identity with a photo ID, such as a driver’s license or residence card, before shipping the products.
If we determine that the order involves malicious or fraudulent activity, or if a chargeback due to unauthorized credit card use is reported after shipping, we may consult with the police and file a damage report.
In such cases, information used at the time of order and delivery, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and IP address, may be provided to the relevant authorities to the extent necessary.
If you wish to purchase the products again after receiving the cancellation email, please contact us by phone.
In this case, we will ask you to use a payment method other than credit card, such as Cash on Delivery or bank transfer.
